These terms describe use of the SwisStep AG informational website. They do not grant access to the PAtch data platform or replace a separate platform, research or clinical-service agreement.

PAtch is in development. Charts, alerts and notifications on this site are illustrative and do not establish clinical performance, regulatory clearance or availability. Website content is not medical advice, diagnosis, an emergency service or a substitute for a qualified clinician’s judgment.

Permitted use

You may browse and refer to the public information for lawful purposes. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the site, misrepresent your identity, or upload unlawful material. Do not enter patient records or sensitive health information into the public contact form.

Intellectual property

Content, branding and images belong to their respective rights holders. No ownership or broader license is transferred by access to this site. Statutory permissions and other rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
